I traveled to Portugal to better my pilates practice and learn how to teach it. I came away with so much more. So many wonderful friendships....more knowledge than i could have anticipated in a beautiful setting. Body Be Well Pilates did such a fantastic job! They are so knowledgeable and kind and made everything fun and interesting and lit such a fire in me about pilates. It truly was a trip of a lifetime!

The ladies on the trip were just an amazing group. This was the worst Club Med I have stayed at. The food was not good. The only option was the buffet. Food was not readily available for an all inclusive resort. There were never enough towels in the room and service at the reception desk was so slow. You had to go to reception to get fresh pool towels if your room had not been serviced yet. I personally would never visit this resort again. This was a very big disappointment for a Club Med resort.

The Pilates training was top notch! The instructors were professional, highly trained and experienced! I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful group of participants as well! I was disappointed in with the administration at the club med resort. We were not treated well and it was unacceptable! I would never chose to teach there or stay there.

The pickleball immersion trip was awesome, my wife and I had a great time!!! The instructors were excellent and the player to coach ratio was perfect. The drills and games were fun and informative, not just standing around and listening to someone talk. The coaches were top notch!!! The resort was nice and service was excellent. The other participants were great and the extra activities were fun. We hope to do another pickleball trip, highly recommend!!!

The pickleball instruction was fantastic and the courts are new and great to play on. I would highly recommend the pickleball camp through fit bodies.
