- 100 Hrs Pilates TrainingThis includes a live and in person training, and test out options onsite (or after the training).

My expectations were met. I got my certifications and learned a lot along with meeting & feeling included in all activities put on by
the amazing Warrior team! Training outdoors was a treat! Found a little downtime too.... Resort was nice food was great and entertainment was fun to watch! Wonderful Staff

Chelsea and Suzanne of Body Be Well Pilates provided a fun, well-organized, conclusive Mat Pilates Teacher Training Retreat. Their passion and knowledge was so evident and appreciated. Our manuals along with the fundamental guidelines discussed, the 3 daily classes and opportunity for 4 hours of practice and observation sessions each day gave me the confidence I needed to come home and teach this fitness modality. I also got in GREAT shape and felt amazing afterwards. A HUGE thank-you.

Enjoyed every minute of my Mat Pilates Teacher Training Retreat with Chelsea and Suzanne at Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana. These ladies made the course informative and so much fun. I felt like I was on a wonderful vacation with the perk of coming home with a Pilates certification. I plan on using my certification to teach at my home club and take advantage of the teaching vacations through FitBodies. I am so happy I did this and would encourage others to do so!

Chelsey and Suzanne were amazing. They room was nice the food was good. The service was amazing. The girls were from all over, it was great meeting everyone. The training we got was killer. Can’t wait for the next retreat❤️🤞🏽

We did a whole lot of Pilates in very beautiful environs, which we also had built in time to appreciate and enjoy. Suzanne and Chelsea respected participants’ different experiences with Pilates and their individual goals, and adapted accordingly to meet everyone’s needs. They facilitated a warm, inclusive, and encouraging environment for us to improve our mat practice and prepare for certification.
